Wanting a wicked treat but keen to keep it healthy and clean, this meal is versatile for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The Pizza base is made up of 3 eggs (I only needed two- three makes a very large base). Whisk eggs and season with turmeric, dill, paprika, cracked pepper and salt.
Pour into a pan and cook through then flip to brown the opposite side. Once cooked place on baking paper on an oven tray and top with baby spinach, smoked salmon, feta, chives and cracked pepper. Pop in the oven for 15-20 mins.
To crisp up the top finish up with 3-5 mins under the grill.
